THE REPORT

We literally inspect hundreds of items in the home. Our primary focus is to uncover the truly significant items-
the ones that will impact the greatest on your pocketbook, or perhaps the decision of whether or not to
purchase at all. In searching for the major problems, we may come across minor items which are noted in
the report. These notations are included as a courtesy and are not to suggest that every minor defect has
been uncovered.

We utilize inspection software by HomeGauge. This allows us to present you with an on-site report,
complete with photos, upon completion of the inspection. The report will also be stored in a secure location
on the internet for your subsequent review. With your permission, we can also make this info available for
viewing by your realtor.
